Shipping Policy

We do apologize for the inconvenience caused during this period of time. You may continue to track your parcel if you have received the tracking link via your email.

  • We offer standard shipping for all orders made in BOSSKU Online Store.

  • Orders are shipped on business days only (Monday-Friday, excluding Malaysia National holidays).

  • For in-stock items, depending on the shipping method you select, your order should be processed and ship within 3 - 5 business days after order verification and credit approve

  • Free shipping is provided if the order (after discount, if applicable) is RM 300 and above

  • All shipments are processed in our Malaysia facility to both east and west Malaysia.

  • Orders will be processed and shipped once credit card authorization is received. 

  • You will not be billed for items purchased with a credit card until the items have shipped.

  • International: We do not ship items purchased from this website to any other destination outside of Malaysia.

  • Note that during festive period, please allow more time for delivery. We do apologize for the inconvenience caused.

Return & Refund Policy

Return

  • You have 30 days to return an items from the date you received it

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. your item must be in the original packaging.

  • Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

  • Once we received your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refund, if you receive a refund the costs of return shipping will be  deducted from your refund.
